Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH (AGI), the leader of gambling software creators, tells about the end of its collaboration with the United Kingdom company TCS John Huxley Ltd specializing in sales and distribution of electronic table game product range from Novomatic brand.
As the Austrian side tells, the collaboration will be stopped on July 31st, 2015.
But the AGI Company doesn’t explain the true reasons for such plans and keeps silence as to some peculiarities of this decision.
“As and from August, 2015 AGI will entirely administer all international sales and distribution of its multiplayer product range straight, through its subsidiary companies in some authorities and via settled distribution partners in definite markets. TCS John Huxley will still obtain access to software and spare parts support, through AGI approved local channels, for this NOVOMATIC product range and thus might guarantee related services in reliable designated markets,” explained Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH.
“AGI will thank TCS John Huxley for its long engagement to NOVOMATIC and its market leading multiplayer product range. As circumstances now dictate that AGI will now conduct commercial responsibility for these games back ‘in house’, the length of our cooperation with TCS John Huxley and the excellent interrelation that our firms have shared have been a chief factor in the success of NOVOMATIC multiplayer products worldwide. For that I intent to express our thanks for the real professional approach that AGI has proposed over the years with TCS John Huxley,” told Mr Jens Einhaus, Sales Director at AGI (Cleopatra slot).
